Ready To Cook – Pre-Mix – Home Made & Healthy A Review Contest 2

How I started to Make Ready To Cook Pre-Mixes?

As a family we get to travel quite a lot with tiny tots as well. During my travels, it became a must and a necessity to provide healthy and home cooked food for my family – a correction – hotel room cooked food for my family 🙂

During this process I evolved a method of making home made ready to cook pre-mix. I just had to boil water and add the mix and veggies(optional) and a healthy one pot meal was ready in a jiffy. A home made pickle or chutney or podi or jam has always been available as a side dish.

This has always been my breather in many times of need. Cooking is as quick as adding the water in a rice cooker to get it to a boil. By the time you get the kiddos to freshen up, the meal is ready. This can be served in disposable leaf plates and we have no need of washing up to finish.

I also carry some healthy home made sweets like whole wheat laddoos or biscuits or cakes for the family to snack on.

  3. Kichidi Mix

  5. Dosa Mix (Needs Soaking)

      Thankyou for your feedback Dinesh!
I personally use both the ready to cook sambar and rasam powders, but I am not yet confident about giving it to others. Once I have perfected this, I shall have this in the list of items as well 🙂

I will work on the logo and the pics portion. As you said there needs to be much more improvement that is needed for the site.
